The new Dreamplaces property is the ideal space for those who want to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sunny days of the Algarve.

Perfect for families up to 7 people or groups. Villa Simão has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is quite large and there is also a covered area next to the pool with babecue and a table for meals. There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

It faces south, so it gets the sun all day!



This villa is a recent construction with typically Portuguese lines. Large and well decorated rooms. There is heating throughout the rooms. The villa has a beautiful rooftop. There is space with a garden. The entire area is fenced due to privacy

DreamPlaces has customer service 24 hours a day. We always put the customer at ease, but we are always around.



The property is located in a prime area, where there are residents but most of the villas are holiday oriented.

It is very close to one of the biggest malls in the Algarve - Algarve Shopping. It is a central location that is 10 minutes drive from the beach area and the most popular area in Albufeira, OldTown.



DreamPlaces recommends that you rent or bring a car to get around, although we also have a Private Transfer service



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
