Casa moderna en Central River Heights

Esta es una casa privada recientemente renovada, espaciosa, de concepto abierto, con cuatro habitaciones y mucho espacio habitable. Esta casa bien equipada se encuentra en un fantástico vecindario céntrico con parques y tiendas cerca y a 10 minutos en automóvil del centro de Winnipeg.

El piso principal de la casa tiene pisos nuevos de madera noble de bambú y la nueva cocina cuenta con una gran isla con taburetes y encimeras de cuarzo. La sala de estar abierta, el comedor y la cocina cuentan con dos sofás de esquina grandes y una mesa de comedor de generosas dimensiones que se puede extender.

La casa recibe mucha luz natural y la cocina se abre a una terraza y un patio trasero cercado que recibe mucho sol durante todo el día. Todo esto crea una sensación muy relajante y cómoda de espacio interior / exterior.

La habitación del sótano ha sido recientemente renovada y tiene una alfombra nueva sobre el subsuelo de madera contrachapada. Esta habitación tiene una cómoda, mesa auxiliar y una cama doble. La ventana de esta habitación del sótano es una ventana de salida que se puede utilizar como salida en caso de emergencia.

Acceso completo a la planta principal de la casa y al sótano. El garaje no está incluido y se mantendrá cerrado.
Hay una plataforma de estacionamiento al lado del garaje que está disponible para uso de los huéspedes y se adapta fácilmente a dos autos o camiones grandes.

The house was as described and met all expectations. It was clean and comfortable and had all the common appliances and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Jude was great to communicate with and the check in and check out process was clear and worked well. Will definitely stay here again if in Winnipeg.

Great location for us as we had family nearby. Perfect for Corydon hot spots and Assiniboine. Check in super easy and kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Plenty of towels!

I love this house. I have stayed several times and will keep coming back. It's clean and bright, and conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood. Communicating with Jude has always been smooth and efficient. I look forward to my next trip!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very well appointed, clean and tidy. Lots of nice extra touches. There was lots of space for our family with adult children. The location is excellent, close to everything. Jude was a great communicator. I would highly recommend this home and we would stay here again.

We had a six day stay here for a family wedding. House was perfect for family members from across North America and as a central place to meet and eat. Bride also did her changing and some photos here. Location is close to shops and main thoroughfares. Some had to work online and a large desk in basement was perfect for this.

Wonderful Winnipeg vacation

A fabulous experience! The home was perfect in every way - layout, location, amenities, cleanliness ... everything! Jude is a terrific host - very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here when we visit Winnipeg again.

Perfect location for large group visiting Winnipeg. 4 well furnished bedrooms and 3 areas to rest or entertain, not including the comfortable back yard deck. Good Price. Would recommend to anyone.

lovely home in River Heights

This is a lovely remodeled home in River Heights. Very near to the playground and wading pool behind Montrose School, which our 3 yo granddaughter really enjoyed. Host is very responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent property for our first VRBO stay!

This was an excellent stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions and requests. The location was very close to lots of different activities, so we were able to make the most of the trip. Check-in and out were simple and the host provided extra keys for us to use. When we walked in, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything had been cleaned so well. We loved having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms available during our stay. Thank-you for a great experience!

Wonderful house in quiet, residential neighborhood!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults! We wanted lots of space to gather and the layout gave us ample room to visit and socialize. We appreciated how clean and tidy the house was. It was one of the best stocked and well appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Jude was a superb Host and thought of everything - great communication, very responsive and accommodating too.The neighborhood was quiet and close to the attractions we wanted to experience, including Thermea spa. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Favorite VRBO!

This is our second time staying at this VRBO. We are so happy when we stay there. Jude is communicative and kind. We don’t have one complaint, everything is perfect. It’s exceptionally clean and everything you need is there. There was a snow storm the day we arrived and the snow was shoveled for us which we really appreciated. . Looking forward to our next stay!!

Great Location !

We were very pleased with our 2 week stay ! Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to shopping malls, restaurants and to the downtown area. The house was very clean and well stocked for whatever we needed . Jude was very prompt , friendly and great to deal with. Check in and check out was a breeze even though we arrived past midnight. thanks Jude :) We’ve already booked another stay for when we return to Winnipeg in April. Definitely worth the stay !!!

Family vacation to Winnipeg

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our stay very much. There was room for everyone, and house was fully stocked (dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware etc). Communication with the owner was top notch and self check in and check out was easy peasy. Teenagers enjoyed the basement (bedroom, 3 pc bath and tv room). House is exactly as advertised, beautifully renovated, open spaces, and clean. Appreciated the modern appliances, ac, and alarm clocks in every bedroom. Location was great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, airport, the zoo and downtown. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Would recommend to friends and family, would definitely stay here again if we return to Winnipeg.

Wonderful VRBO!

This was our first time staying at a VRBO, We are so grateful that our first experience was absolutely perfect. This beautiful bungalow is very clean, comfortable, excellent furniture, most things you need in a kitchen and bathroom are provided which was really nice. The owner is very kind with excellent communication and a pleasure to work with. We’re looking forward to another stay at this VRBO!

Prepare to be spoiled

Beautifully renovated bungalow with comfy furnishings and a kitchen suited for any foodie! Extra touches included well-stocked kitchen & bathroom supplies. The house was impeccably clean and the enclosed backyard with deck was all we needed to enjoy the warm summer weather. Central location and popular neighbourhood. Super communication with owner and pride of ownership shone through. We travel to Winnipeg frequently so we look forward to returning!
