Este apartamento en la primera planta de Ballenstedt admite mascotas y es perfecto para familias o grupos que buscan espacio, entretenimiento y una ubicación céntrica. En el interior, la amplia cocina cuenta con vitrocerámica, horno, cafetera de filtro, tostadora, lavavajillas y frigorífico-congelador. Una sala de televisión con TV de pantalla plana vía satélite facilita la relajación, mientras que dos dormitorios (uno con cama doble y el otro con una cama individual y una cama nido) garantizan un sueño reparador para hasta cinco personas. El baño incluye ducha, inodoro y lavabo, y la calefacción central de gas mantiene el espacio acogedor durante todo el año.

En el exterior, el jardín compartido de 200 m² ofrece dardos, una cama elástica y juegos de mesa, mientras que los más pequeños pueden disfrutar de una cuna y una trona. Un proyector de vídeo y una pantalla de proyección animan las noches de cine, convirtiéndolo en una opción divertida y práctica para estancias en grupo. Con 10 plazas de aparcamiento en el complejo, la llegada es tranquila incluso para grupos grandes.

Los restaurantes están a solo unos pasos (10 m), mientras que el centro de Ballenstedt, la piscina pública, la vida nocturna y los pintorescos lagos se encuentran a 1-2 km. Was auf dem Foto mit dem Fernseher zu sehen ist, ist eine Art überdachter Balkon von einigen m2. Als Wohnraum nicht geeignet Sicherlich nicht für mehr als 2 Personen Das Haus war nicht sauber. An vielen Stellen dicke Staubschichten und viele Staubfäden an der Decke.Das Besteck und die Teller waren mit Fettschichten und/oder mit Essensresten im Schrank. Wir haben es erst in die Spülmaschine gestellt. Abschließend zu den negativen Dingen: Auf dem gebrauchten Bett liegen Matratzen, wo die Federn im Rücken stechen. Um mit etwas Positivem zum Schluss zu schließen: Die Dusche war in Ordnung, es gab eine Mikrowelle und die Dame, die empfing uns freundlich.
