La zona de descanso ofrece capacidad para hasta 5 personas, con un sofá cama para 2 y una litera para 3, perfecto para familias o pequeños grupos. El luminoso salón con ventanales de suelo a techo se abre a una terraza soleada con impresionantes vistas al mar, perfecta para relajarse. El estudio también dispone de una cocina moderna totalmente equipada y un baño con bañera y WC, con todo lo necesario para una estancia sin preocupaciones. Gracias a su ubicación privilegiada directamente en el paseo marítimo, a pocos pasos de la playa y cerca de una parada de tranvía, podrá explorar fácilmente la costa y sus encantadores balnearios.
