Bienvenidos a esta agradable casa contemporánea de una sola planta situada en Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, a solo unos minutos de las playas y los paisajes naturales vírgenes de la costa oeste del Cotentin.
Perfectamente diseñada para alojar hasta 6 personas, esta casa luminosa y moderna ofrece un entorno ideal para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos, combinando comodidad, tranquilidad y funcionalidad.
Disfrutará de un bonito salón abierto, acogedor y bañado de luz, con cocina equipada y zona de comedor con acceso directo al jardín. Los grandes ventanales invitan a prolongar los momentos de relax en la terraza amueblada.
En cuanto al descanso, la casa cuenta con 3 cómodos dormitorios, así como con 2 cuartos de baño, que ofrecen a cada uno espacio e intimidad.
En el exterior, el terreno, totalmente vallado, es ideal para niños y mascotas (se admiten hasta 2). También hay una mesa de ping-pong a su disposición para momentos de diversión al aire libre.
Para su comodidad: sábanas y toallas incluidas, estufa de pellets (pellets incluidos) para un ambiente acogedor en cualquier época del año, aparcamiento en el recinto (+ garaje), alquiler disponible todo el año.
Situada en un entorno tranquilo, esta casa es el punto de partida ideal para descubrir las playas vírgenes, los senderos costeros y los tesoros del Canal de la Mancha.

Prima huis met nette inrichting. Afstand tot de zee is 400mtr. Het strand is bij eb enorm breed. Voor de honden een prachtige omgeving en ze mogen hier gelukkig nog loslopen. De tuin is saai, maar begrijpelijk als er honden zijn toegestaan. Wel is er enige aandacht vereist voor het tuinmeubilair. Vanwege de soms sterke zeewind zou t meubilair wat steviger kunnen. Dat waait weg!

Séjour a St Germain sur Ay

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison de vacances. Elle est bien entretenue intérieur comme extérieur, tout le nécessaire a été prévu. Plage à 400 m très appréciable. Le seul petit bémol c’est que nous sommes un peu loin de toutes les visites à faire aux alentours. (Barnevill-Carteret, Ste Mère-Eglise, Cherbourg ou encore St Lô)Bien cordialement.
