Welcome to Emma’s House, your peaceful base in the heart of Nottingham with free parking and Wifi! This spacious comfortable house is ideal for exploring this vibrant city.
You’ll be within walking distance of the city centre, just a 0.7mile walk from the Motorpoint Arena, major concert venue and home to the National Ice Centre.
Nottingham Castle, the Lace Market, Theatre Royal, Royal Concert Hall and a stunning variety of bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Emma’s House is at the end of a quiet cul de sac backed by a green space, offering a relaxed vibe on the edge of the city centre. With free parking on the front drive and free Wifi this bright and airy two-storey house is your stylish convenient home from home.
The living room features wide windows admitting plenty light, a HDTV with a range of channels including Netflix and generous seating so everyone can relax and unwind.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom a single bed with a trundle and there’s a double sofabed in the living room, making Emma’s House ideal for families and groups of friends.
There’s a large conservatory with a dining area where everyone can gather next to the fully-equipped kitchen and a private space outdoors, perfect for enjoying the sun with a glass of wine!
