This is our 3rd stay at this lovely place. Absolutely perfect location, close to our dogs favourite beach and lots of shops close by, great size enclosed garden. Fabulous friendly host Rachel. Thank you for letting us stay in your fab property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was well located and and on first impressions seemed ideal.But some issues became apparent quite quickly.Very disappointed to learn the day before our arrival we had to supply our own towels, there was no welcome pack (not even tea/Milk) no info re workings of house/heating/tv etc. two of the bedrooms had no wardrobe/storage or bedside lamps, one of the wardrobes that was in a bedroom was un usable for the smell of damp, on further inspection the wall paper was coming off the wall next to and behind the wardrobe as it was wet with mould.the toilet seat was broken in the main bedroom upstairs. the window in the atic room (a fire escape window) did not open.Under the beds looked as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. There were no mirrors in the bathrooms, lack of hooks to hang our towels. the property accommodates up to 8 people, but there was only 7 dining chairs and 5 garden chairs. the noise from the very busy duel carriage way behind the property was quite intrusive. over all we enjoyed our stay, but small changes could make all the difference.

We were a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 14 to 71, plus 1 dog. We all enjoyed the house. The spacious lounge with plenty of room for family games most evenings. The games room, where the 2 youngest spent many hours playing pool. The adequately sized kitchen with so much cupboard space. The good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The 2 bathrooms, meaning it wasn’t a battle to get ready each day. Everything was what we hoped and wanted for a base camp for our 2 week holiday. The house was close enough to supermarkets and takeaways meaning that we did not have to travel far for supplies or quick meals. Although the house does back on to a main road, we barely noticed it. We would all happily return to this property in the future.

Great location! A well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with plenty of seating. Communication with the host was speedy and helpful throughout. Could just do with a mirror in the downstairs bathroom but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice 4 bedroom property. One twin bedroom downstairs was very sparse, no mirror, nowhere to hang clothes and just two drawers which I think originally were filing draws which wasn't brilliant but everything else was suburb and lovely very spacious garden ideal for our games of badminton. Lovely kitchen with plenty of everything needed. Just a pity more hand towels weren't available, we already knew about not providing bath towels although I have to say that was the first time all towels (apart from beach towels of course) were not provided for guests. Overall a lovely accommodation and enjoyed by all.

Lovely Bungalow in a Quiet Estate Near Christchurch Town CentreWe had a fantastic stay at this clean and well-maintained bungalow, located just a mile or so from Christchurch Town Centre. The garden was perfect for our children and dogs to play in, providing a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.While the proximity to the 70mph dual carriageway did result in some noise, it wasn't a major issue for us, especially with the effective double glazing. The bungalow is well-equipped, and we were able to cook several family meals with ease.Parking was convenient with space for two vehicles off-road, and there was ample on-road parking available right outside the property. The bedrooms were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.The TV service and internet were excellent, allowing us to stream media for the children and order food online without any issues. We enjoyed delicious pizza and Chinese food delivered during our stay.Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the owner was clear and easy. This bungalow is a great place to stay, with local beaches nearby and fun activities like crab fishing to enjoy.Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

House was clean and location excellent for us visiting relatives. Playing fields at the end of the road for a quick dog walk and shops nearby. The road noise is a bit of an issue in the upstairs bedrooms but this was advertised. We were disappointed having to provide our own towels and there were cleaning essentials in the kitchen but nothing else - no tea, coffee or even salt and pepper. Not the end of the world but just more basic than other places we have stayed in for a similar price.

Another wonderful break

This is the second time we have stayed here and again throughly enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is in a perfect location for us to get to our favourite beach. The secure garden is perfect for our little dogs who had the best time.

Wow, what a fabulous property, the moment you walk in the property is bright, decorated nicely, very well presented. Although a pet friendly property, you would not know it does not smell of dogs. Plenty of room/seating for everyone, the games room was a huge hit with all ages, lots of fun and choices. Big garden, garden furniture in shed, we didn't use the BBQ sadly.Unfortunately there weren't TVs in each bedroom. A small wardrobe or hanging rail would be good in the downstairs twin room and non slip mats in the bath/shower.Highly recommend this rental, we will definitely be back

A gem of a holiday home

Fantastic retreat which is so close to everything. House was spacious and the games room was a bonus. Shower/bath with toilet/sink downstairs was ideal with the double bed and twin and then upstairs there was shower, sink, toilet and jacuzzi bath with the other double (huge room with sofa and it's own little kitchenette) and twin.Garden all safe and enclosed so puppy could roam free (and kids!) Slightly noisy with the main A35 at the back but was having too much of a good time to notice. Sainsburys 3 min drive away, as is KFC! Loads of shopping and food places just as close. Mudeford was about a 5 min drive and Christchurch Quay was about 15 mins. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. The host Rachel was very responsive and provided us with all the relevant data we needed. Parking for at least 2 cars at the property. A park/field was a short 100 meter walk away.

Pleasant short break with kids

Property was very clean with some nice facilities. Booking and checkin process was straightforward.Kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. kitchen knives and full size toaster. Some of the outdoor equipment was a bit tired, but great value and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house for a weekend away

This was perfect for our family to get away together - facilities were great, kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher (and tablets!) and washer and dryer. Communication with Rachel was good. Lovely day at Mudeford and our kids loved the penguins at Bournemouth Oceanarium too.

Spacious Home for family gathering.

Overall impression is that photos on VRBO site do not do it justice. It is extremely spacious and well planned. The games room was an unexpected pleasure, not mentioned in the details. There are 7 of us but never felt crowded. Only downside is the central heating boiler sited in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The property was immaculately presented and well equipped. We were warm and very comfortable. Although the immediate surroundings are not particularly special the property is really well positioned for exploring the area.

Wonderful little break.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place. The house is in an ideal setting for us to easily get to all of our favourite places with ease. The house itself was perfect with a secure garden so our little dogs could go out without us worrying. Would definitely book here again.

Lovely clean property, very spacious.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. Lovely and clean & very spacious with large garden for the dog to run around in. The location is great for a short ten minute drive to many lovely beaches and near to the shops. Walking distance to a pub & restaurant. The only negative is the road noise from the A35 nearby, which we appreciate cannot be avoided. Once you’re used to it, it blends in to the background, but it is quite loud, especially at 6am onwards. It didn’t stop us enjoying the property though. Thank you to the owners. We had a great weekend in the sunshine..☀️☀️☀️🐶🐶🐶

Holiday with Dogs

Good stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. A few essential items missing from the kitchen and bedrooms. Such as bedside lamps, soace for clothing in one of the rooms. Suntrap seating area in the garden was nice. Lots of road noise. Nothing distracted from a great stay though.
