Cozy family home for 5 people in the Region of the 100 Valleys. The Viaur River winds its way just 20 meters from the house, making the surrounding area a wonderful hiking paradise. Only for true nature lovers!
The river also holds many surprises. You’re allowed to catch crayfish, which are abundant, and you can also go fishing for smaller river fish. This is a fun experience for kids, too—fishing from a boulder right in the middle of the river! Awesome! Fishing rods and more are available at the house.
MTB trails are marked out in the valleys and on the “causses.” You’ll find the descriptions at the Naucelles INFO office.
As the icing on the cake, you’re close to Albi, the charming, sunny town of Toulouse-Lautrec; Rodez, a town with many cozy squares and markets; Conques; Cordes-sur-Ciel; and more. Delicious food and good wine are available everywhere.
The house has a private 7m by 4m swimming pool. There is a sun deck by the pool and another by the house. The garden offers plenty of shady spots to escape the heat.
