Villa I Venti di Molara is a stunning rental property located in a panoramic area of San Teodoro, ideal for easily reaching the most beautiful beaches in the area, including Isuledda, Cala d'Ambra, La Cinta, and Cala Brandinchi.

The villa, with its 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 12 guests and is spread over three levels: on the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower; on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower; the basement consists of an apartment with its own independent external access, internally connected to the rest of the house, featuring a small living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a third bathroom with a shower.

The large outdoor area boasts a furnished terrace and a private pool with panoramic views of the sea and Tavolara Island, making this villa a true oasis of relaxation immersed in nature.
