Borgo Ognissanti Suites Stay in the Heart of Florence! 🔝 brand new location

Newly remodeled, right in the heart of Florence’s historic center: an 8-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Uffizi Museum. Restaurants, bars, markets, and shops are right downstairs. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms:
1) Wine Room (21 sq.mt.), very bright with two windows, a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), A/C, and a smart TV.
2) World Suite (16 sq m) with en-suite bathroom, 2 windows, a queen-size bed (150x190 cm), A/C, and a smart TV.
3) Marilyn Room (10 sq m) with a French bed (140x200 cm), a small terrace, A/C, and a smart TV.
4) Le Petit: a small guest room with one single bed, a smart TV, one window, and A/C.
There is a large kitchen where you’ll find all the essential cookware for preparing your meals and a Nespresso coffee machine (no A/C in the kitchen). There is a second bathroom in the hallway. (No A/C in the hallway or bathroom)
The “World Suite” has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other rooms share the bathroom in the hallway.
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is a coin-operated laundry machine right downstairs (30 meters from the condo door).
The building is located right on the corner of a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you won’t need to enter the ZTL to reach the building’s entrance. The base rate covers up to 4 people. If there are more than 4 guests (children are counted as adults), there is an extra charge for each additional guest, up to a total of 7 people. Please be sure to select the correct number of guests in your party when making your reservation. If you need to check in earlier or later, we can arrange it if possible; the cost is 30€ (late check-in until 1:00 PM; early check-in from noon). The tourist tax (6€ per day per person for up to 7 days) will be paid after check-in.
