Welcome to Eugenia Suite 1 and Eugenia Suite 2, two splendid apartments located within a historic Art Nouveau villa, Villa Eugenia. This century-old residence has been carefully renovated while preserving its original frescoes and decorative details, offering a unique and charming atmosphere.

From the large windows and balconies, you can enjoy enchanting views of the garden—home to centuries-old trees—and of the lake. The garden features a dining area with table and chairs, as well as a solarium area with sun loungers.

Here, you will experience moments of peace and relaxation in a uniquely tranquil and refined setting.

Eugenia Suite 1: Elegance and Functionality

This welcoming apartment can accommodate up to four guests and includes:

Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and shower

A bright living room with dining area, featuring large windows overlooking the garden and the lake, a comfortable sofa, and a large smart TV

A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, etc.)

An additional bathroom with shower

A laundry room with washing machine

The interiors are tastefully furnished, combining modern touches with a rustic charm through the choice of furniture, decorations, and artwork. Although there is no air conditioning, the available fans ensure a cool and comfortable environment.

Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

Eugenia Suite 2: Style and Contemporary Comfort

Eugenia Suite 2 has been renovated with attention to detail, preserving original flooring, doors, furniture, and paintings to combine historical charm with modern comfort.

This apartment, also suitable for up to four guests, includes:

Two double bedrooms with balconies, one facing the lake

A living room with open-plan kitchen that opens onto a large terrace with garden and lake views

Two bathrooms with showers

A laundry room with washing machine

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities (fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, etc.).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

Guest Access

To reach the property, you’ll walk about 200 meters along a private path from the main road. After passing through the pedestrian gate, you’ll go down one flight of stone steps to reach Eugenia Suite 2, and three flights (30 steps in total) to access Eugenia Suite 1.

Please note that the apartments do not have private parking. You can park your car nearby along the main road, only in the areas marked with white lines (free parking) or blue lines (paid parking during certain hours). Parking is not allowed in spaces marked with yellow lines, which are reserved for residents only.

Other Things to Keep in Mind

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Baby cots are available at an additional cost.

Extra cleaning services and linen changes are available upon request for an additional fee.

The warmer temperatures are ideal for swimming, water sports, boating, hiking, cycling, visiting gardens and historic villas, and exploring charming lakeside villages.

Autumn (September - October): Autumn offers mild weather and spectacular landscapes with the changing colors of the leaves. With fewer tourists than in summer, September and October are particularly pleasant for hiking, cycling, visiting gardens and historic villas, exploring lakeside villages, and enjoying boat trips.
