GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged and are cheaper than airport taxis. Car rentals are easy to navigate with any app. A bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment.

INTERACTION
We are always available to assist and answer questions. Guests have access to an app with property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Municipal Tourist Tax: €2 per person/night (age 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max/person). Payment link sent before arrival.
- Valid ID (passport or identity card) required for all guests.
- Check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
