A charming single-family home of approximately 100 square meters, located just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, is surrounded by a fully fenced-in park. It’s the ideal space for your family, your children, and even your four-legged friends. The house offers a vacation filled with tranquility and privacy, as it is a single-family home where you won’t have to share the space with other groups of people.
The property features a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a lounge. The sleeping area features 2 double bedrooms and 1 recently renovated bathroom with a shower and bidet. For the little ones, we’ve also provided a travel crib. Outdoor living is guaranteed, as guests have access to: a large garden, a patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and private parking. IMPORTANT: HEATING GAS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE. IF REQUESTED, IT WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON METER READINGS AND PAID ON A PER-CONSUMPTION BASIS AT €5.00 PER CUBIC METER.
