Location and Surroundings
 Portiragnes-Plage is a coastal village located on the sun-drenched beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Our cozy holiday home is situated just 15 km from the historic city of Béziers. The house is located in a quiet part of the village with no high-rise buildings, where only small-scale residences grace the horizon. Within minutes, you can walk to the wide sandy beach, which proudly flies the "Blue Flag" as a symbol of quality and cleanliness. For lovers of nature and activity, the famous Canal du Midi is nearby. Here, you can cycle safely with the children or rent a boat to explore the region. The area is characterized by vast vineyards and a nature reserve. In the village and on the beach, you will find various bars and restaurants for an aperitif or a delicious meal.

The Holiday Home
 Our holiday home is located in a safely enclosed residence and is perfectly suited for those seeking peace and for young families (2 adults and 2 children). The house has its own parking space in front of the door (very practical for loading and unloading luggage or groceries). Within the domain itself, there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09).

Layout of the House

Ground floor: A cozy seating area with an integrated open kitchen and dining table, toilet.
Kitchen facilities: Combi-oven, vitro-ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, fruit press, and all kinds of kitchen utensils, plus a washing machine (no dishwasher).

First floor: On the upper floor, there is a bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms.
Bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200 including topper) and wardrobe.
A bunk bed for children (2x90x200) and a chest of drawers.

Extra: A foldable baby cot is also available.

Terrace: 
The house features a terrace that offers privacy and is partially covered by a sun awning. The terrace is furnished with a lounge set and a dining table with 6 chairs.
Bicycles: 2 bicycles are available for doing groceries in the neighborhood.
