The Verdemare complex in Mykonos is perfectly situated on a 4.000 sq.m. private property, in a
picturesque locale, offering abundant privacy and stunning vistas in an idyllic setting overlooking
the sea. Consisting of two identical villas, each featuring four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms,
and an additional guest house with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, the complex boasts a
total of 10 bedrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests. Positioned strategically, the complex is
conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport and approximately 5-6 minutes from the
main town. It is in close proximity to renowned beaches such as Psarou, Paraga, Platis Gialos,
and Paradise, and only a short distance from Ano Mera, the second-largest village on Mykonos,
celebrated for its traditional and modern restaurants, accessible within a 15-minute drive.
Upon arriving and ascending a few steps, guests reach the ground level of each 180 sq.m. villa,
which encompasses one of the four bedrooms, the kitchen, an indoor dining area, and a
comfortable living room. This living space seamlessly opens onto a spacious terrace featuring a
large lounge and dining area as well as a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset.
The internal staircase, located next to the living room, leads to the remaining three bedrooms of
each main house and to a balcony with amazing sea view. All bedrooms, as well as all the living
room areas, are equipped with air conditioning.
Descending a few steps to the pool level, guests find the entrance to the 95 sq.m. guest house.
Here, an equipped bar with access to the pool's outdoor area, a generously combined living
room and bedroom space, and a second smaller bedroom, each with its own bathrooms, await.
Both rooms feature air conditioning, while the smaller double bed bedroom is also equipped with
a ceiling fan.
Notable features of the property include well-equipped and high-quality interiors, an electric
power generator, crucial for addressing summer electricity shortages, and a substantial outdoor
area exceeding 700 sq.m.
The outdoor space encompasses a lush garden with palm trees, a significant private pool
measuring 100 sq.m., sunbeds, barbeque, outdoor dining and lounge area, table tennis as well
as a bathroom and WC.
Each villa owns a private parking space (total capacity :10 cars)
