Tucked under the eaves of an attractive residence, close to the ski slopes, this charming 2nd-floor apartment offers an idyllic alpine base at any time of year.

The apartment, for 4 people, is mainly built of wood which makes it both cosy and contemporary. The open-plan living area has an attractive pitched ceiling, with wonderful mountain views from the attic-style windows. The sitting area is furnished with a sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The galley kitchen makes cooking a breeze as it is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and glass door out onto a private balcony with glorious mountain views.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is up steep stairs from the living room. This room has 2 single beds.

On the border of Italy and France, Claviere is known for its unspoiled landscape and variety of ski slopes which will suit skiers of all levels. It attracts both skiers and snowboarders during the winter months. The apartment is in the heart of the charming resort of Claviere, which offers many different options for après-ski entertainment to suit all budgets.

Summer visitors can go hiking in through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, and golf at one of Italy’s oldest and highest golf clubs. The area also hosts many festivals from music, to food and wine.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the apartment.
