It sleeps 3 and is made up of a dining area where you can eat, a large living room with TV, footstool and large sofa. The 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor (1 double room and 1 queen size room with sofa bed), 1 bathroom with a very large and very beautiful in-ground tub and shower.
The house is very quiet. It is equipped with every comfort: TV, stereo, independent heating, oven, dishwasher, floor lights for a more suggestive climate.
It is a NEW house that has just been renovated and has luxury - modern finishes.

Furthermore, nearby there is a car park, a Metro stop and a taxi stop.
The bus stop to/from Fiumicino airport is within walking distance of the apartment.

Given the proximity on foot to the most evocative places in Rome you will not need a car.
In the immediate vicinity of the property there are supermarket shops open until late and this is very convenient for the holiday experience.
