Bedroom 2 offers a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower with a shower screen. Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower with a screen. The villa's pool has a rectangular shape and measures approximately 9m x 5m. It is equipped with electric heating (available from November to the end of April), Roman steps for easy access, and a pool cover.

There are 10 steps from the front entrance to the kitchen, 5 steps to the dining area, 4 steps to access Bedrooms 1 and 2, and 2 additional steps to Bedroom 2.
