The Space:
The apartment comprises a large lounge and dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The apartment is split over two floors and is completely self contained for your own use, throughout the duration of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils for guest use.

The lounge has a dining table and chairs (comfortably seating up to six persons), a double sofa bed, and arm chair. The lounge also comes with large smart TV.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a modern bath/shower unit. The en-suite bathroom has a modern shower unit.

Guests can access all areas of the property and there are no shared or communal spaces. The property is rented exclusively for guests and so you will not find any host possessions in the apartment.

This large apartment is located in Brighton Square Holiday Village in the centre of the famous historic Lanes, in a secure gated development. The location is considered the prime centre.

It is 200 meters from The Royal Pavilion, 150 meters from the Theatre Royal, 200 meters from the Brighton Dome and 300 meters from the beach and its bike lanes. Komedia is 450 yards from The Brighton Square Holiday Village, while The Brighton Centre is 450 yards away.

Getting Around:
We are located 10 minutes walk from Brighton's main railway station. Gatwick airport is a 25 minute train journey. Numerous local buses serve the Brighton area including routes along the coast to Eastbourne.

Other Things to Note:
We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests.
