There are also tables in the garden for pleasant outdoor breakfasts.<br>A crib for small children is available free of charge.<br>The host does not live here but just a few meters away. For any needs or issues, he can respond quickly within minutes.<br><br>The house is located in the historic center of the village of Montafia<br>. It enjoys a privileged location, nestled in a large, elevated garden supported by the ancient castle wall. There is a splendid panoramic view of the Don Bosco Shrine, the Turin hills, and the Alps. From this side, you can admire beautiful sunsets. To the south, the garden overlooks the charming little square in front of the parish church. The north side borders another section of the ancient wall which, thanks to its exposure to the sun throughout the day, radiates the heat it has accumulated after sunset, giving the surrounding area a mild climate even in early spring and late fall. It is no coincidence that, during the summer, the crevices in the wall fill with countless caper plants, which, with their beautiful flowers, are a typical variety of southern Italy. To the east is the access ramp paved with old bricks.<br>The property is securely enclosed and fenced.<br>Guests are welcome to enjoy every part of the garden. There are several areas set up for pleasant outdoor breakfasts, and you can enjoy seasonal fruit from the trees in the garden.<br>From this location, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy while still being close to the town and its essential amenities.<br>Two parking spaces are available on the property. Alternatively, you can park for free in the adjacent square.<br>We do not live on the property itself but just 100 meters away, ensuring our guests have complete privacy.
