On the ground floor the living area has a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a playroom & additional spaces (fex laundry room)
Also on this level there are 3 beautiful decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds and each one of them, with direct access to the terrace with undisturbed sea view. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom while the other 2 share a large bathroom for their use. From the terrace, you can access the external en-suite garden house with private entrance, a queen sized bed, a sofa that can turn into a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living space of the ground floor serves as well as a playroom, offering to guests table tennis, table football, chess and various other board games.

UPPER FLOOR
On the upper floor of this aegean and elegant villa there is a spacious and bright living room overlooking the Aegean sea. It has a fireplace, a flat screen TV, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a a big dining area suitable for 8 persons, leading to front terrace & back yard patio as well
The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper floor of this chic villa and also offers a private terrace This bedroom features an en suite bathroom and large wardrobes. On this level, there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and an office space. Each bedroom has 1 single bed with additional sliding/pull-out single bed that allows each room to host up to 2 persons each. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with high quality fittings and have access to the back yard which provides shadow and coolness during summer.
Next to the master bedroom is a private office space with a large panoramic window that is ideal for reading, working, and re-treating.

OUTDOORS
The external space of Villa Delfini unfolds into three distinct verandas (lower, upper & back yard), with the lower one integrating into the private infinity pool and deck area. The view towards the sea from the front verandas is unique and unforgettable, while the vegetation and fencing providing privacy and security.
On the lower lever the open plan kitchen leads to the external covered veranda next to the pool and is ideal for everyday chilling, breakfast and get-together place
Next to the pool, there is a stone baking oven and large working bench and sink, available if you wish to prepare a delicious home cooked meal or even some delicious pizza.
On the upper level, the front veranda unfolds to undisturbed views of the Aegean and the sky as well. It is ideal place to to chill and relax at night.
The back yard patio, surrounded by high walls, offers protection from the Aegean wind (meltemia), has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a slate table for endless summer conversations while drinking a glass of cool wine.

A path leads to a small private rocky beach, where you can access the sea, to swim or to explore with 4 kayaks that are available on the property. A private playground is available - best for soccer, handball, volleyball or fun-hockey.
