Just a few steps from the Carrefour in Courmayeur, this spacious house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Its convenient location allows easy access to the town center, the cable car, ski slopes, and the charming walking trails of Val Ferret and Val Veny. An ideal starting point to discover the best of Mont Blanc!

🏡 The first floor offers a spacious living room with two comfortable single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bedroom, and a bathroom 🚿. On the upper floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms: one double and one twin, as well as a second bathroom.
Each bedroom has a balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains 🌄, perfect for starting the day with a smile!
The property also includes a convenient private parking space 🚗.
