If you’re trying to get away from it all surrounded by nature and good food, wether you choose just chilling by the pool or explore the nearby Cinque Terre or places like Pisa or Florence, we’ll be happy to host you in our spacious 500 square meter air-conditioned villa with 12x6 meters heated swimming pool. Originally a monastery built in the 13th century, it has the best of both worlds with its original features and modern amenities like aircon, heated swimming pool, laundry room and Netflix.
There are some amazing restaurants in the vicinity, we will be more than happy to provide recommendations based on personal experience. And believe me, we love our food!
Start your day with breakfast on the terrace on top of the clouds with the most incredible ever changing views and finish it with a glass of chilled Aperol watching the most amazing sunsets or simply star gaze in the night.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen and bespoke dining table which can comfortably sit up to 16 people. The main room is 120 square meters, has two separate sitting areas and opens up to the terrace, great space for spending time with family and friends or just enjoy reading a book quietly only listening to local wildlife.
You’ll get an exclusive use of the property and the swimming pool. The main villa sleeping arrangements offer two downstairs en-suite bedrooms, three upstairs double bedrooms (two of these can be arranged with 2 single beds if preferred), additional bedroom/games room with two double sofa beds. There is a separate air conditioned barn as part of the property which offers two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and upstairs bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also an additional double sofa bed option in the living room. Please note the barn bedrooms are connected with a staircase, suitable for families who want to keep their children close. All linens and towels are provided.
