This beachfront apartment, which has the most stunning, unobstructed
views of Table Mountain, is situated in a very secure complex with
24-hour security.
With everything needed for a fantastic self-catering stay, Sea Spray
B404 in the Blouberg neighbourhood of Cape Town offers guests an
unforgettable vacation. The welcoming living room includes a cosy
lounge, a compact dining area, and a fully functional kitchen for the
comfort of the guests. With a flat-screen TV and access to a patio with
a braai, the lounge offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and
distant Table Mountain. The apartment has one bathroom and two
bedrooms. Access to the heated pool, safe parking and easy access to
the beach are additional features.
Bloubergstrand is great for family vacations but is also packed with
activities for groups of friends, boasting a vibrant nightlife scene
close to the beachfront. Eerstesteen - just down the road towards
Melkbosstrand - offers visitors the option to have a braai & picnic
meters away from the beach. It is a must-try for anyone visiting the
area! Bloubergstrand and Big Bay beach are both regularly enjoyed by
surfers and kitesurfers, known for having ideal wind and wave
conditions for water sports. With Table Bay Mall located a short drive
away, there will be enough entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2 Athens Road, Blouberg, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
