After a 10 hour drive, we arrived at the most miserable apartment we ever had. We were very disappointed to find it not only dirty (even the inside of the closets we had to wipe before putting our clothes) but also extremely uncomfortable. The living room was not as in the pictures. For instance there was another sofa (brown instead of red) for two people (we were four) with zero comfort. We did not even find soap to wash our hands. The sliding door of the closet in the bedroom wouldn’t open (the mirror on it is broken in the corner). My husband had to fix the sliding door on a ladder after the ten hour drive so that we could open it. It still slid to close by itself after we managed to open it. The toilet seat was loose on one side we had to watch out that we won’t slide off the seat. Even this my husband had to fix. I don’t want to start describing the toilet brush - I will spare you that. The bathtub and the sink were clogged. We bought a drain cleaner. When we turned on the dishwasher , water leaked on the kitchen floor. We called the contact for the rental and they said they will pass by but it wasn’t fixed. The kitchen lacked the basics like a toaster or water boiler. We had to use a pot to boil water and a pan to toast the bread. We had to buy a cloth to wipe the kitchen surfaces, dishwashing liquid and even teaspoons, which we took with us. It is a shame it is called the “Italianway”. We definitely cannot recommend this apartment.
