Welcome to our spacious and contemporary 6-bedroom, all en-suite house nestled in the heart of Smithfield, Dublin 7. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests, this stylish property is the perfect choice for large groups or families looking to explore the vibrant city of Dublin.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. Bedroom 1 features a cozy double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers three single beds, ideal for friends or siblings sharing a room. Bedroom 3 boasts a combination of one double bed and two single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Bedroom 4 offers two single beds, perfect for those who prefer their own space. Bedroom 5 offers a combination of one double bed and two single beds, catering to various sleeping preferences. While Bedroom 6 offers a spacious double bedroom, ideal for parents or a couple within a group.

St. Patty's Day in Dublin!

I stayed here with 20 of my friends for St. Patricks Day and it was great! The property is very roomy with very comfy beds and many bathrooms. Everything was very up to date. Check-in and communication with the host was very easy. The location of the property was good as well. The only downside was that the lights in the basement do not turn off and made it a bit uncomfortable for the girls sleeping on the pull out couches, since we had 21 people. Overall I would recommend!! 10/10

Gem in the hood

The inside was great clean and obviously new. From the moment you step outside you have to navigate the trash laying all over. The train should be in the listing also it was quite loud and runs very consistently by the front door u til 11 pm. It would be a great place if it weren’t

Good location for a group stay

The apartment was neat and clean with all bedrooms en-suite, which was a plus. The kitchen facilities were modern and served our needs well. I stayed in the ground floor bedroom by the front door, which had a window that opened to the street, and the Luas was just outside the window. As it runs from 05:30-12:30, earplugs were necessary. There was a Luas stop about two blocks away, and several sites of interest are within a short walk. A Spar store was just around the corner, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have at least one chair in each bedroom. All things considered, this was a good value and I would stay there again.

Great choice for groups.

6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms was a great benefit of this place. The host was responsive to all of our questions. A very short walk to the River Liffey and the James Joyce Bridge, this place was a short walk to everywhere in Dublin. The light rail has a stop right outside the door of this place if you wish to use it. We spent Christmas in this place with a group of 15. The host went as far as to decorate the place for Christmas which my wife found to be a very thoughtful touch from our host. We cooked our Christmas meals there, and everything worked out very well. I would stay in this place again without hesitation.
