As part of our exclusive villa collection, this villa offers premium services like daily housekeeping and a dedicated personal concierge for a seamless, effortless holiday.


Spanning 300 square meters, The Sand Villa comprises two interconnecting villas one on top of each other, "White Sand" and "Rock Sand", seamlessly transformed into one unit to offer a wealth of luxurious amenities and facilities. With 5 sumptuous bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 elegantly appointed living rooms, each adorned with meticulous attention to detail, our villa ensures ample space and comfort for every guest.


Upon entering, you will be enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and excellence, with every detail meticulously crafted to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. The villa spreads into three levels and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Ground Floor (Rock Sand Villa)


The ground floor, Rock Sand Villa, welcomes you with an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49" Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the living room area, there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people.


Two bedrooms await on this level, including:



Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a Queen size bed with a mattress topper, 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area


Bedroom 2: King size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area


Lastly, you will find an independent bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a convenient laundry room, both situated on this level.


Outdoor area


The outdoor area of the ground floor can be reached directly from the living room area and offers a variety of facilities including:
- A private, 60 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 poufs, and a poolside shower
- BBQ facilities with gas grill

Ascending to the first floor via the staircase, you will arrive at the White Sand Villa, where stylish decor and panoramic vistas await to enchant you. Here, another open-plan living room awaits, adorned with a sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 50" Smart TV, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, this level boasts another fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a wine cooler, inviting you to indulge in culinary delights. An indoor dining area is also available on this level.



Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the first floor can be reached directly from the living room area and offers facilities including:
- A private, 30 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 3 sun beds, 4 poufs
- BBQ facilities with gas grill
- Outdoor dining area for 6 people
- Outdoor lounge area for 10 people with a firepit
- Path to the Almyro beach


Second Floor


On this level three bedrooms offer luxurious retreats, including:



Bedroom 3: King size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" HDTV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower


Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a King size bed with a mattress topper, 42" HDTV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower


Bedroom 5: This master bedroom boasts a King size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also features a bathtub in the room. Furthermore, this room opens to the private balcony with a mini corner pool and sitting area offering a secluded haven for relaxation.


The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.

Breakfast is an opportunity for us to give you a taste and the services we stand for.

Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the best Greek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, fresh selection of bread, gluten-free breads, variation of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day.
Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.

- In-villa room service
The Sand Villa has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.


- Daily housekeeping
Daily housekeeping takes place between 11:00 to 14.00 hours.


- Personal on-site manager
A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
