Two floor villa located in Club Patara Kalkan with 3 bedrooms with a capacity of accommodating 6. A large terrace to dine, sunbath and get relax surrounded with tropical flowers and plants. A luxe living room with an open kitchen are convenient for holiday use. BBQ is located in the terrace for ease of use. It has direct access to the blue flagged sea with 5 min walk. Facility has 3 pools, 2 is filled with sea water. A market, SPA and a fitness room is available in the facility. 3 restaurants are for use for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A shuttle bus runs every 15 min within the facility. A shuttle boat also runs between the Club and Kalkan town that is a joy ride. It has several ancient towns surrounded that gives opportunity for sight seeing. Hidden city, ancient under water town, ancient Letoon city and longest beach are among you can visit. You can enjoy the feast in Kalkan restaurants and hospitality.

Lovely Villa, Lovely Resort and Lovely Location

As a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 girls aged 16 and 14 and boy aged 9, we have just returned from a wonderful 2-week holiday here. The villa itself is much better than the pictures can show. It is very well furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and are good sized, especially the master bedroom with an ensuite. The terrace is very spacious with loungers and two good size table and chair sets. The view from the terrace across to the bay of Kalkan is lovely and ever changing with boats coming and going. The resort served us well with the variety of swimming pools and direct access to the sea. The location is excellent, it's about a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a taxi was only £2/3. There are lots of other beach clubs nearby that we used too. Being slightly out of the town centre was worth if for the fantastic views across to it but you really are not far at all, in fact, we were much closer than I thought we were going to be. The restaurants and pool bar/cafe are very well priced in Patara Prince. As for Kalkan itself it is truly wonderful. There is a lovely atmosphere with all bars, restaurants and shops offering great service and the food was excellent. I would really recommend this villa, we loved it and would love to return.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week in this lovely two floor villa during August with our two teens. The views over Kalkan bay when you enter are stunning, the villa is really well built, more traditional in style than some of Kalkans newer villas, which we loved, and also very spacious with everything to make your stay comfortable. Particularly loved the wrap around balcony and being able to sit out drinking sundowners with uninterrupted views of Kalkan! The two double bedrooms are a good size with great views and the third bedroom is very small with just two singles and a wardrobe. Aircon works really well although the villa stays pretty cool downstairs so only needed in bedrooms during August. Patara Prince is a lovely resort, on the greener, quieter side of Kalkan yet only a 5 min taxi ride to buzzy Kalkan. Lots of stairs everywhere!! The villa is well located within Patara Prince, about a 5 min walk downhill to pool, restaurant and seafront. Rengin was a great host and communication was always really responsive if there were any queries of issues.

Lovely villa in a good location with amazing views over sea and Kalkan, would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic and spacious villa in a great location with fantastic views over the bay of Kalkan. Super large balcony, inside is very spacious with everything a travelling family could want. Rengin is a very attentive host, any minor issues were immediately sorted. Would thoroughly recommend and will definately return!

Spacious villa with everything we needed allowing us to have a wonderful holiday.

A lovely villa within Patara Prince resort. The villa was very well equipped and offered plenty of space. The outside area was excellent too with comfy sun loungers and two sets of tables and chairs. The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions and really put herself out to ensure we were had all we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Lovely Villa could do with some TLC

We have stayed at this resort previously and loved it, slightly larger Villa with glorious Sea Views.We had a great time and Kalkan is such a beautifully unspoiled and laid back Town.Few points which needed to be mentioned was that, the season begins 1st of May, the Infinity and Adult Pool open 1st June, the Huge Construction work next door is permitted between November and May.As said we had a wonderful time, these are simply points that should be mentioned.My only other comment would be to replace the Fridge before it dies a sad and noisy death.

Beautiful villa

From first contact Rengin was responsive and very friendly. When we got to the villa we were blown away by how architecturally beautiful and tastefully furnished it is. It really is perfect for six people in real comfort. Patara Prince itself involves lots of steps but again architecturally beautiful. Restaurant very good value for residents. Kalkan pretty and roofstop restaurants stunning. Us and our four teenagers absolutely loved it. Thank you Rengin for sharing your lovely home and hope you're having a good time there now!

Wonderful!!!

Очень хотелось отдохнуть в Турции, но не в Турции. Это получилось. Калкан не похож на знакомые русскому туристу курорты. Чувствуется греческая история региона. Вилла отличная, огромная, рассчитана на 6 человек, хорошо оснащена. Мы ощущали себя королями и королевами. Огромная клубная территория. Отличный пляж-платформа, вид с террасы. Проблематично с парковкой, иногда приходилось оставлять машину далеко от входа на территорию. Хорошие магазины, овощные лавки. В общем, отдых удался! Спасибо Rengin Perfect place, perfect accommodation. This region is famous their Greece heritage and unlike on other places in the Turkey where the most Belorussian tourists have a rest. Villa is the large and well equipped. We felt ourselves as kings and queens. The big nice and green club territory with a lot of different cozy places for rest. Beach platform is perfect for jumping. Unforgettable view from villa terrace during whole day. Sometimes we had a problem with parking close to the Club. There are a lot of supermarkets and green grocery in the Kalkan. Thank you Rengin, thank you Kalkan!

The Most Fantastic Holiday in a Gorgeous Place

This was our second time at Patara Prince in Kalkan, although our first in this particular property, and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The apartment/villa is beautiful, very spacious and easily accommodated 6 of us (my husband and I, our two children aged 20 and 18, plus a friend each). It has a huge terrace which gets the afternoon and evening sun, and has gorgeous views over the sea and to Kalkan. It's very well equipped, really was like home from home in terms of facilities, and in a brilliant location within the Patara Prince complex. Rengin, the owner, was the perfect host, always responded swiftly to any enquiries or questions ahead of departure, send super helpful joining instructions and info about the local area before we arrived, and even briefly checked in with us after we arrived to ensure that everything was ok (it was!). Patara Prince itself is a real gem, with beautiful pools, the most amazing clear sea (they offer private bathing platforms right on the water) and very helpful staff. You really don't need a car here, as the staff organise local taxis to take you into Kalkan town (it's walkable but it's very hot to do so) which costs about £2/3 one way and takes all of 2 minutes to get there - or you can also get a boat taxi direct from the resort. Would recommend taking some of the various boat day trips on offer which, for about £20 pp, take you around various beautiful coves for swimming stops, a Turkish 'mud' beach (we all loved covering ourselves in this before diving back in the sea) or you can see a sunken city (this trip was particularly special) and swim with turtles. These trips also provide lunch on board (all included in the price!) and for a small additional fee (about 100 Turkish Lire) you can whizz around on a jet ski (with instructor/driver) at one of the bathing stops. We booked these trips through Define Tours, located at the harbour, and they were very helpful (we also booked our return airport transfer through them as they were more reasonable than the on-line options). Kalkan itself is a pretty town, with lots of good restaurants (many on rooftops) and little winding streets. Great for all ages - our almost adult children really enjoyed the nightlife. Thank you, Rengin, for the most wonderful, relaxing holiday. Can't recommend enough and will certainly be returning in future!

Amazing!

Truly amazing!!! The location of villa is excellent. Exactly 5 minutes away from the sea which is very practical to reach. The clarity of the sea is amazing alongside its Blue Flag. The facility have 3 pools located in different places which gives variety (with kids/no kids). The pools are filled with sea water and constant circulation makes it very nice and fresh. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms in villa are furnished well to serve any kind of need. Air conditioning available in every room. The terrace is also lovely to spend time and relax with a fascinating view of Kalkan. Highly recommended :)

Villa çok güzel ve temiz,huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere birebir.Fakat club için aynisini söyleyemiyecem,havuzlari çok bakimsiz,büyük havuz yine idare ediyor ama tatli su havuzu çok bakimsiz,biz bir kere girdik bir daha da girmedik.çalisanlar çok ilgisiz ve çoçuklu aileler için tavsiye edilecek bir tatil clubu degil,bebek arabasi ile imkansiz,her yer merdiven.Aslinda çok yazik etmişler,biraz bakim yapilsa çok güzel bir yer ama dedidim gibi çoçuklu ailelere tavsiye edemem.

One of the best place in Turkey

We spent three weeks in this villa with family of 5 persons. I could tell definitely , this is extremely good villa in one of the best place in Turkey. Good city – Kalkan, lot of ancient places nearby, one of the best sandy beach in Europe (Patara beach). Villa is located in secured site (complex), looks like well decorated village with security, local bus, streets, shops (grocery), three shared pools. Villa has big space, large terrace with unbelievable see view, so you will spend all evenings there. Kitchen and bed rooms are well equipped. Beach is 5 min walk on territory of complex. Boat, walk and taxi is available to get Kalkan. In Kalkan you can find fish shop with leverek and dorado. So, bottle of Turkish vine with fish and green salad, every evening, on terrace, during sunset – it is therapy with paradise. Lovely place, lovely country…

It is a very safe village for families with kids and young adults. A truly amazing unforgettable holiday opportunity. Fresh sea food and delicious Turkish food is available everywhere. You can also use our facilities available in Villa to cook your meals.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is located in Club Patara that is an award winning resort. The sea it has is one of the rare blue flagged shores. Pure and very clean. You can enjoy swimmimg with variety of fish around you. Our villa is very near to pools that are filled with sea water and also to very near to the beach. The view it has is just amazing. The sunset will just blow your mind. You will feel so happy in the morning as when you will open your eyes, Kalkan Bay will simply wash your eyes to a beatiful day...

Some things should be left in their classical state. For example, those who did not like the stone pattern of the interior walls and covered them with plain plaster ruined the overall architecture. We preferred to preserve the award-winning architecture of Club Patara. The interior architecture was restored and preserved.
