My husband and I stayed here 5 nights and it was wonderful. It is the perfect central location for sightseeing. We felt very safe. The rooftop patio was the best! We ate several meals sitting up there admiring the view. Highly recommend!

This apartment is great. The balcony and the apartment were just as described. We spent every moment we could on the balcony. The air conditioning was so nice to have. The neighborhood was perfect for exploring.

It was incredible! Easy access to all of the city center and beyond. Its placement in the heart of town allowed us to explore freely and create the specific experiences we wanted. Our Host Paola gave us great insights into the day to day happenings and multiple options for all the things we said we wanted to do and see.

Not sure this apartment could have met our needs any better. Views from the terrace and bedroom were spectacular. The host was timely and responsive. The location allowed us to easily return to the apartment after a morning adventure, rest a bit and resume our exploration. The train station was a 20 minute walk, most other destinations were 10 minutes. Shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars within minutes. The building’s lift was welcoming after a long day. In the middle of crazy busy Florence our street was a welcome respite. We also had opera singers, a cellist and violinist performing on the street a block away. I now have to wake up without a view of the Duomo and am not sure how I will survive. Thank you Matias for providing such a wonderful property.

Perfect apartment for a sisters trip to Florence! We enjoyed its proximity to what we wanted to do and it also provided a nice reprieve if we wanted to stay in & do dinner on the terrace (with a great view!). The apartment was clean and comfy with an easy check in process.

Truly an amazing view of the Duomo and obviously a good location. It was easy to communicate with the host. The lift to the 3rd floor was nice. We had a great stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment in Florence. The view was exactly as it looked in the photos - we spent most evenings enjoying the city from the patio. The AC was helpful and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a family of 3. Very centrally located. We would certainly stay again!

The location was amazing. The inside looked just as pictured, and the view on the balcony was stunning. We loved our stay here and had a great time. Every place we wanted to go was only about a 10 minute or less walk away. The only issue was it was very hot the first day or two because they did not turn on the air conditioning prior to our arrival so it took some time to cool down once it cooled down though it was great I would just ask them to turn the air conditioning on beforehand. There was also a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we got used to it and overall it was worth it for the amazing location and price. The host was also easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly with any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this place!

You cannot beat this location- or the VIEW!! Apartment is comfortable, clean and has THE VIEW! Host and greeter were very communicative. Location is 2 streets from il Duomo - a perfect 10 minute walk to any location in the city!

That view of the Duomo is the real deal. Such a neat place to stay! We liked to location and plenty of space for two of us. No screens on the lovely windows (FYI), which I think is pretty common.

Great communication with host throughout. They offered wonderful recommendations and tips. Views and location were unmatched. Fully equipped with heat, ac, laundry, cooking needs, etc. Would definitely stay here again. You only have to walk up one flight of stairs, definitely worth the view.

Great location, just far enough (and up high enough) from the crowds.We love the elevator and the balcony, the two features I filter for when searching VRBO, especially for European stays, where elevators are rarer than in the U.S. They become even more important for properties that include a balcony, which tend to be located higher up.The view of the Duomo from the balcony is even closer than the photos here let on.

A great location and amazing view paired with a host that really cared about our experience. Everything was ready and in place for our stay. Kudos to Tomasso for helping take my Mom and our luggage up to the room. He also went through all the details of the apartment before he left making for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely book this apartment on our next trip!

Overall this a great property due to the location. They let us drop our bags off early while in the process of cleaning, were very attentive to our needs and even helped us get a taxi on our departure. The reason for 4 stars is because it could use some updating, the gas alarm going off due to using hairspray/perfume, and mostly because we could smell the sewer. :(. They did bring us some room freshener incense product so like I said, they listened and tried to help us enjoy our stay.

Great location

We stayed in April and loved it. Location is perfect, close to everything and the balcony has an unbeatable view of the Duomo. The host communicated very well. We would stay here again.

My husband and I had the most magical stay in Florence. Walking up to the church bells and magnificent view of the cathedral was just the best. Excellent communication with our host. Our greeter spent time to offer her restaurant and experience recommendations which were all perfect.

Perfect location!Why go to a rooftop bar when you have this view from your home away from home. Our host group greeted us personally, showed us where everything was, and even taught me how to make coffee! It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Florence.

What a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view! We loved our place - location was amazing and it was so easy to get to all the museums and monuments. Check in was a breeze. We were met at the place when we arrived, and we were delayed a few times during our trip there. It was so easy to message and keep updated. Communication was A!We highly recommend this apartment!! The view from the porch is worth it alone!!

Perfect home base to visit Florence

This place was a delight. Lovely to have a kitchen to make coffee in the morning, be able to do laundry, wake up to looking at the Duomo out the window. Hosts communicated quickly and were helpful. 5 stars and very happy to have stayed here.
