Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable and worked well for our family of two adults and two children. The building was wonderful, and the location was excellent, with very easy access to Arkadia Mall and other parts of Warsaw.There were a few issues, however. Our scheduled 4:00 PM check-in was changed at the last minute to 5:30 PM. After traveling more than 10 hours, this was disappointing and inconvenient, especially since we had planned around the original check-in time.The apartment also needs a deeper cleaning. There was significant mold on the shower floor and walls, and the balcony had bird droppings throughout, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.We were also required to be in the apartment for a two-hour window for a mandatory inspection and were told we could be charged a fee if we weren't there. While we understand inspections may be necessary, this was very inconvenient while on vacation with two children and having to plan our day around it.Despite these issues, the apartment was satisfactory for our family, and we enjoyed the location and building. With some improvements to cleanliness and guest convenience, it could be a very nice place to stay in Warsaw.
