"Beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment, located at walking distance from Rapallo city centre, the Castle, the beautiful promenade and the railway station. It's the perfect location to spend unforgettable holidays in Rapallo.

The apartment has a spacious living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom. The house is very bright and has a nice open view on the river.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi and television. There is also a hairdryer, iron, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!  
The property is accessible both on foot from Via Pellerano Murtola or by car from the main road and it's possible to enter in the common courtyard to unload your luggages. At 20 metres distance there is a free parking area or a bit further away you can find a payment parking area next to the railway station.

We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the ground floor and it's necessary to climb some steps before entering the house.

House rules:

- Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to also arrange a self check-in (always starting from 3pm). 
- Tourist city tax (2.50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival. 
- In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged). 
- At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport.
