Mi condominio en Sea Palms es ideal para una escapada tranquila con familiares y amigos. Es espacioso y cómodo con excelentes vistas del océano desde su amplio balcón, el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. No estamos en el corazón de la ciudad, pero puedes llegar en 3 minutos en taxi. Tenemos un cocinero fabuloso que puede cocinar comidas sabrosas, reduciendo el costo de las comidas.
Cuenta con una fantástica piscina al aire libre. Ven y disfruta.

Great Vacation

My family and I stayed at this villa over Christmas 2008 and loved every minute of it. The property is exactly the way it was described and the best thing of all was the meals and service that we experienced while staying there was out of this world, all of which was prepared by Rose who came in each day to make the meals and to clean for us. I would highly recommend for a peaceful get-away.

We are extremely pleased when our guests have a great time at our family condo. The condo is as it looks on the website and of course Miss Rose is getting better every year. She keeps the place beautiful and clean and she cooks some delicious meals.

Disappointed

The property had a nice pool, beach, and view, but many of the critical information needed to stay there (like the condo number, gate information, and guest's phone number) were left out until the last minute. I had to call VRBO just to get a phone number so that while I was in the airport about to leave for Jamaica I could figure out exactly how to access my rental house. The wifi stopped working on the second day, the laundry machine is not free to use ($10 per load, not advertised). And Shelton was a nice guy on the phone but he rarely answered my questions online. If he did, he didn't answer thoroughly and skipped around on which questions he would answer. It was more difficult than it had to be; we still had a great time, but these inconveniences could have been avoided elsewhere.

Peaceful Serenity... Calming & Rejuvenating!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! We were warmly greeted by Miss Rose and immediately fell in love with her beautiful, humble spirit. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was spacious and clean. The balcony view is absolutely breathtaking... and that is where we spent most of our time. The cool breeze constantly blew throughout the unit and we did not need the a/c unit. We even slept with the windows open! The grounds of the property are well-maintained and was the perfect backdrop for our unplanned photoshoot. We did not need insect repellent during our stay. The property also has security posted 24/7. The highlight of our vacation was accompanying Miss Rose to downtown Ocho Rios to shop for ingredients for our meals. (We had US Dollars... and she made sure we were charged fairly.) She introduced us to various fruits and veggies that are Jamaican staples and also showed us the best places to shop. She cooked our meals and left us speechless! Our favorite was Miss Rose's Red Snapper! Our family needed a total wind-down and this was the perfect spot. The only noise we heard was the waves crashing against the seawall. Very peaceful, calming and relaxing. I am an Author... and will return to complete my next fiction series. I am also a Travel Agent... and will recommend this specific property to my clients. Thanks again! The Tolbert Family May 2018

There really isn't a beach. The pool area was very lacking as well. It was clean, but told there was laundry facility and in reality you had to pay for laundry. Added expense we weren't expecting.

A wonderful, relaxing experience

I truly enjoyed my stay. The building is well secured, beautiful well maintained grounds. The unit was very comfortable. The highlight was Ms. Rose, she is so caring, an outstanding cook and takes pride in making sure the unit is clean at all times. Mr. Forrest is very easy to work with he is very responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. I look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed these guests a lot. We loved showing them Ocho rips and other parts of Jamaica. Miss Rose loved cooking for them. They loved getting up and going into the water

Wow! What a fantastic place

We arrived and were welcomed by the housekeeper Miss Rose, what a delight. Miss Rose was available to cook our breakfast and dinner when we weren't out checking out the local restaurants. She did a wonderful job cleaning, cooking and just making our vacation easy. The condo is clean and maintained we relaxed on the balcony in the morning with tea and coffee, and then again in the evening with a cold drink. We watched the palms trees wave at us from the waters edge. We easily could get a short taxi ride to downtown Ocho Rios were we shopped, went to the beach or ate wonderful Jerk Pork,Stew Peas and Callalou.The pool at the condo is clean and not very busy. The little cove inlet was wonderful to swim and float in. What a perfect place to just relax and let the stress fall off! Mr. Forest was great to recomend a trip to Dunn's river falls, Fern Gully, and the White river. I'll be back!

Sea palms

My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at sea palms.My experience started as we entered the premises, we were welcomed by the courteous and professional approach of the security staff at the gate.Then the well groomed and manicured landscape was our first hint of paradise.The apartment was cozy with all the amenities needed and to top it off there was miss Rose.the view and the wind from the balcony was breath taking and not to mention our own private beach.Sea Palms is a little paradise within the great paradise of jamaica.Sea palms is in a central location to the fun stuff Ocho Rios have to offer to tourist.

My condo is very easy to like because it has so many natural beauties. You are right there on the ocean with the super colors and wide open space. The staff also enjoy making guests feel at home away from home. Miss Rose is a natural gem...thanks

A Wonderful Vacation at Sea Palms, Ocho Rios!

My family and I (husband and our three children) have had the best vacation ever at Shelton's condominium. This is a perfect place to stay if you like privacy and the feeling of security. Now let me tell you about Miss Rose who cooked fabulous jamaicain meals for us! Miss Rose is simply adorable and we will miss her very much. We also enjoyed meeting Damion (the lifeguard), Sixteen, Richie and the other security staff, in other words everybody there were nice and friendly. We also enjoyed the big waves and the feeling of having a private beach. We loved to swim in the pool. To resume, we highly recommand Sea Palms for an unforgettable and wonderful vacation!

A Perfect Week

My son and I spent a week at Sea Palms. Can't say enough about it; the condo is clean and well maintained. The views of the ocean and sun set are spectacular, and having Miss Rose (the house keeper) cooking meals that made it hard to put down your fork. In the evenings we would sit on the balcony and watch the ocean drinking fresh coconut water and eating fruit we picked up at roadside stands. My son would have bobbed around in the protected cove all week long. All the tropical fish you see snorkeling around in the cove are amazing. There's almost no reason to leave the grounds, but if you do there's plenty to do right near by: Dunn's River, Dolphin Cove, Beaches, shopping down town Ocho Rios. If you're looking for a place where you can slow down to the island pace of life, this is a great spot. You can head out and find something new to do every day or just sit on the private beach and forget about life for a while. Can't wait to go back!!

paradise!!!!with a cook!!!

had a great time with my family in jamaica at this property. mrs Rose the cook/helper is super. great cook great with kids,just a great person. I sold my wife on this property by telling her she wouldnt have to clean/cook any. Mrs Rose kept my promise. property has great pool. landscape.just a grt vibe> nice to have 2bed/ 2 bath with kids. loved sleeping on the balcony. already planned our return trip. very nice and private

Stayed there for seven days.It was a wonderful time for us to be alone and relax.The cook was great and very personable.Private coved area for swimming.Not so much to do in the surrounding area without buying an excursion,but the food is good and people friendly,weather great.would recommend,and stay again.

Extremely satisfied

We have stayed at Mr Forrest's home on several occasions. We have found it to be very well kept and accomodating. The staff at the complex are so very helpful , attentative, and friendly. And to top it off, Ms Rose may not be the best cook on the island, but she sure is ahead of whomever is in 2nd place. LOL. I couldn't resist. Our son absolutely adores her and helps in the kitchen when she permits. (More than he does at home). My advise----give it a try--you will not be disappointed!! Love & Respect to Shelton & Ms. Rose. The Atkinsons
