I stayed here while visiting my son and grandson in the area. It was convenient centrally located and very clean and safe. Everything was very nice and what was advertised. The only issue I had was the check in process. I was emailed saying that the manager would meet me on site into the apartment, but no one showed up. It was very confusing as to which building was the correct one and where the unit actually w

Rental was a mixup from the get go. VRBO has the address as Park Terrace, Crosby, when it's 16 Crosby Rd. North, Waterloo. It is a converted office block and not a Victorian conversion. It is listed as 2 bedrooms when its 1 bedroom with an office space or dining room. The 2nd bedroom has no window and no doors and is open on both sides, one end to the living room and the other to the kitchen and bathroom. It has no privacy. There were holes in the wall were the heater had fallen off. We had chipped cups and plates. The dryer cycle for the washer/dryer didn't work. There weren't enough cupboards to store groceries but there is a good size fridge freezer. There is no dishwasher and no built in closets. It is on a bus route and close to the train station, restaurants, shops and pubs. I wouldn't recommend it for more than a weekend, unfortunately, we had booked foe three weeks.
