Disfrute de su estancia en nuestro estudio en el corazón del casco antiguo.El apartamento dispone de un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama, por lo que es apto para cuatro personas. Está en el cuarto piso.Hay una cocina privada totalmente equipada. Incluye fogones, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera y nevera.También hay un baño privado con ducha.

La parada de autobús (Pile Gate), desde donde salen la mayoría de los autobuses de Dubrovnik, está a sólo 5-10 minutos a pie.
En el barrio hay numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y numerosas cafeterías.
La playa tampoco está muy lejos, la playa más famosa de Dubrovnik está a sólo unos 10 minutos a pie.
El tráfico está prohibido dentro de las murallas y aparcar es casi una misión imposible en caso de que decidas quedarte lo más cerca posible de la Ciudad Vieja...

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The apartment was lovely and very cozy. The view was amazing, and it was located right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything (sightseeing, restaurants, bars, and beautiful walks) was just 2–3 minutes away from the accommodation. Communication with Slavica was excellent. We received all the instructions in advance, and everything was simple and easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

The place inside was nice, small but well distributed. I was not expecting the 3 flights of stairs. The outside of the flat was not very nice, but once you are inside the apartment was great!

High-end vacation!

Lovely little apartment, beautiful quirky decor in the landing and the apartment itself. Really enjoyed our stay. Is on the top floor so had to carry our heavy case up the stairs but wasn't too much of an issue at all. Loads of nice restaurants / bars around and a stones throw from the seafront / harbour.

Glorious residence!

Jelena left very clear instructions so it was very easy to find the location even from one of the old town gates, after all, taxis won't take you inside the old town. Host was super friendly, helpful and responded to questions of a first-timer in Dubrovnik. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and had everything one can ever need. I personally loved, how the ambient of an old stone house was preserved and respected. I would definitely come back!

We spent a few days in this charming apartment in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, and we were thrilled! The apartment is small but very cozy and well-equipped. The atmosphere was exceptional – the historic building has so much character, and you can feel the authentic life of the local residents. The view from the window was stunning, and the location couldn’t be better – everything we needed was just a few steps away. Although we had minor complications with check-in, it was our fault as we missed some of the instructions. However, the host had everything perfectly arranged, which we greatly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an authentic experience in the heart of Dubrovnik!

Great stay!

Lovely location, so long as stairs aren't an issue. We appreciated the A/C and the washer/dryer combo. I didn't realize this rental was run by a large management company and generally avoid those due to the strict profit motive - the experience feels more impersonal (canned messaged), limited amenities (e.g. only the most basic kitchen supplies provided), strict formal check in/check out policies and you're dealing with business hours - and that was all true in this case. But perhaps most of the listings in Dubrovnik are the same? The biggest issue was a neighbor who smokes and the smell wafts into this apartment. Nothing the owner can control. The best part is that this rental is so close to Buza II, our favorite spot in Dubrovnik! All said, it's a nice place for a short stay in the Old Town, with comfortable beds and a good shower.

Brilliant service!

We stayed at this nice apartment in Old Town. Although we were provided with incorrect instructions on our flat, the team was responsive with getting us our instructions. Additionally the air conditioning did not work initially but the team gave us trouble shooting tips immediately. They were responsive. The apartment was pretty clean but there were a few items lacking that I puke have been nice (kitchen roll for example). Besides that though great experience for what we needed and would book again!

Special place!

The actual space was beautiful with great views and the location could not have been better being in Old Town. However we had to switch apartments entirely after the first night when the AC didn’t work in 90°+ weather. Luckily the host was good with communication and she had another apartment nearby on the ground floor and was kind to leave a bottle of wine. We also saw two roaches in the first apartment, the hot water ran out half way into the first shower (and did not reset for the next day) and door plate on the entry door kept falling off, which made it very difficult to lock up every night.

Todo perfecto, excelente ubicación en plena Ciudad Amurallada. Jelena siempre estuvo atenta, respondiendo nuestras dudas, excelente anfitriona. Lo único fue que al llegar había una cucaracha en el baño y al salir del apartamento, el lugar tenía olor a cigarro (solo en el exterior del departamento, en el interior todo bien)

Le logement est très bien situé et propre, le seul petit problème c’est les escaliers qui etait un peu haut pour monter avec des bagages, mais si non pour quelques nuit c’est parfait, Jelena est super gentille et accommodante.
