5 woman on a girls trip!! Beautiful condo that was exactly as pictured!!! The view was spectacular, you can see way down the beach, pools were clean and refreshing, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (two coffee pots- keurig and traditional) and the owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Due to the hurricanes in the Atlantic and the rough surf, our beach access was closed. The owner let us know prior and made alternate arrangements for us. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough!!!The Arrrr Pirate Bar had great food and atmosphere and it was an all around amazing week! Would 100% rent this condo again.

Location was perfect. My teenagers loved playing basketball every day and we didn’t have to worry about them because we could see from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for my family. Elevator was not working near the room but did work on other side of the building and was slow. We used the steps a lot. Other than then the elevator the condo was exactly as described and would definitely rent again. Great communication with the owner.

First time in Topsail

Lorraine was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality and cleanliness of the condo exceeded our expectations — everything was spotless and welcoming. Topsail was everything we had hoped for, from the relaxing atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. We truly can't wait for our next trip!

It was a wonderful stay. The place was gorgeous. It has the best view ever. And the parking was the best. No need to worry about where you’re gonna park . The beach is in walking distance two minutes away nowhere quick and easy beach access.. Me and my family will stay there again.

Perfect Vacation

This is our third year at this condo and we love it! The owner and her manager are great, very receptive to any issues. The resort in general has improved greatly this year. New coffee shop, cabana also was great!! The covered pool should be opened soon as well.

Comfortable condo on the beach

The condo was a nice place to stay for a long weekend on the beach. The location worked well for us. The only thing that made me put 4 vs 5 stars was a set of little things -only hand soap, no bath soap, no paper towels, and no extra toilet paper. It ended up being ok as I had to get groceries anyway, but it just sets the tone at the start of the trip. We also chose to bring our own bedding and towels. Again, no big deal but just another factor in 4 vs 5 stars. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and great to be on the beach!

Was a nice place.

Great place and location! Ask the host for the better WiFi password and that helps! Only thing we thought is the washer and dryer should be replaced.

St. Regis Property # 115065

This was our first trip to Topsail Island. It was a much needed vacation for myself, my husband and 12yr old son. The condo was clean, comfortable and had easy access to the beach, pool and other amenities. We had a great time! The check-in process was seamless, probably the easiest it's ever been on any vacation in the past and the host quickly replied to messages with questions that we had about checking out. We highly recommend this property and will be returning next year!

Beautiful Place

Perfect family spot!

Condo was clean and super cute! Perfect for our family of 5. St. Regis Resort was superb. The on-site amenities were a huge hit for our kids, especially the outdoor pool. We all loved it and the pool is well maintained and clean. We loved falling asleep listening to the waves crash on the beach and enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view. The beach was a very short walk from our room and the spray stations located at every beach entrance was very handy. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. We hope to be back very soon!

Month stay at Top Sail Island, St. Regis

Condo was cutely decorated for the beach theme and was very clean. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Host was always helpful when any questions or situations arrived. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to that area. Loved the beach and found beautiful shells, conks and even a sand dollar. Enjoyed our stay.

One necessary suggestion…

Beautiful location with great views. Very comfortable beds and nice layout… ocean views from everywhere in this condo! One suggestion would be a lock to Secure the front door from the INSIDE as someone entered the unit (who was given the key code) to take pictures for marketing purposes. This was unfortunate as everything else was fine… but safety is very important to me!

A Grand view at North Topsail Beach

If you love the beach this condo is awesome for wave action, and great views from inside and out. Lull yourself to sleep listening to the waves is very special here. The condo provides everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and helpful for any needs. Would stay again!

Perfect location

The view from the deck was so beautiful. I watched several dolphins a few different times while we were there. That was a first for me. Also enjoyed the fitness center so I could get my weight training in. Walking barefoot to the beach is always a plus for me since I’d rather not bother with shoes.

Hi, we are Tom and Lorraine. We discovered Topsail Island in 2006 while visiting relatives. With a combined 47 years of military service, we've traveled widely but found North Topsail Beach to be the best. Lorraine, originally from Connecticut, has always loved the ocean. Tom is retired and an skier and pheasant hunter, prefers the Midwest's cold climate, though Lorraine would move to North Topsail Beach in a heartbeat.

The St Regis resort is constructed from concrete, providing a solid foundation for its longevity compared to other complexes. The V-shaped design of the building offers privacy on the deck, allowing guests to have unobstructed ocean views rather than views of neighboring decks. This unit provides an expansive view of the ocean, contributing to the sense of seclusion. Additionally, the adjacent lot is vacant, which further enhances the view.
The deck receives sunlight starting at approximately 9am, offering warmth throughout the day, while also providing shaded areas for those who prefer to avoid direct sunlight. Guests can observe sunsets directly from the deck.
Located on the second floor, which is the third level, it provides an optimal elevation with favorable ocean and beach views without being as high as a fifth-floor unit. The stairs are easily accessible, and elevators are conveniently located throughout the complex, contributing to a comfortable ambiance.
The interior of the condo features a beach-inspired aesthetic, complemented by tile flooring that is easy to maintain and clean. The St Regis resort offers numerous amenities such as an indoor pool, weight room, sauna, outdoor pool, business internet room, video arcade, a restaurant, and more. These amenities were considered in the decision to choose the St Regis resort.
