San Vincenzo is located in the center of the Etruscan Coast, a strip of land that runs from Livorno down to Piombino.
Its strategic position and excellent road and rail connections allow you to quickly reach the great cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Rome; Furthermore, in the surrounding area there is a very interesting tourist offer which varies from designer wineries to spas, from the most beautiful parks in Tuscany to the evocative medieval villages of the hinterland, from the vast sandy beaches to the cliffs of the promontories which hide such hidden coves to be almost unattainable.
A few minutes walk from the sea (the nearest bathing establishment is Bagno Nettuno), we offer for rent a splendid and brand new apartment on the 2nd and last floor (no lift) of a small building of only 3 real estate units.
It consists of an entrance to the living room with 1 double sofa bed, a LUBE brand kitchenette with window, bedroom with 1 double bed also overlooking the sea, a large walk-in closet and finally the bathroom with window and shower.
The accommodation is very bright and with the living room overlooking the beautiful pocket terrace overlooking the sea and marina, which will be furnished with two armchairs to relax and enjoy the view outside.
