The Space:
Welcome to our apartment!
This is a bright and comfortable home that starts with a large living room. You can relax on the big sofa or the leather armchair while watching the 55-inch flat-screen TV. There is a fireplace to keep the room warm and a large dining table where everyone can sit together for meals.
★The Kitchen and Outdoor Space
The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and tools you need to cook your own meals at home. It also has its own door that leads straight out to a private patio. There is a BBQ area outside, so you can cook and eat in the fresh air.
★The Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has a very large XL King bed, and the second bedroom has a standard double bed. We use high-quality sheets and pillows in both rooms to make sure you get a good night's sleep.
★The Bathrooms
The main bathroom is modern and clean. It includes fresh towels, free soap and shampoo, and mirrors that light up and stay clear even when it's steamy. You can even connect your phone to the bathroom speakers via Bluetooth to play music. The first bedroom also has its own private bathroom attached to it, which has heated floors to keep your feet warm.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
