Jossie's Snug - Coldharbour Farm, nestles on the southern edge of the Greensand Ridge, in a tranquil and picturesque setting, with far reaching southerly views, on the outskirts of the historic village of Bletchingley in the 'Area of Outstanding Natural Landscape AONL'

During your stay, why not walk/cycle south until you reach the Bell at Outwood, recently named in the top 35 pubs in England! Or along the Greensands way until you reach the Fox and Hounds in Tilburstow Hill or a little further to the Barley Mow in Tandridge, all well worth the effort.

Jossie's Snug – Is only available min 2 x night stay at weekends/1 x night stays during the week - It is an attached guest suite to the main house, with EV charging (£25 additional cost per charge) and its own private entrance with key safe, boasting a private secure courtyard garden suitable for pets (£40 additional cost per pet per stay) complete with Log fired hot tub (£60 additional cost per stay per week) NB - Please note it takes 2-3hrs to fully heat the hot tub, provided you follow my detailed instructions, and the fire is properly/regularly maintained! All materials required are provided, the 2nd day only requires 1hr of heating. It's well worth the effort and wait! The suite features a double ensuite bedroom with Smart TV, a selection of board games and a kitchen with double sofa bed (£40 additional cost per person per night) ideally suitable for two children. There's a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave/combi oven, hob and dishwasher. As well as the private garden there’s shared use of the filtered, spring fed, 30m x 8m natural swimming lake. There's also an interconnecting door with Mattie's Loft for larger groups.

The historic village of Bletchingley is a 15 min walk, which boasts 3 pubs, a coffee shop, a convenience store and a few independent stores, Godstone is a 30min walk or 5min drive with similar amenities and great eateries.

'Godstone Farm' is less than a mile away and is a great day out for a family with children 0-12yrs old.

There are several glorious walks to country pubs and villages, ranging from 30mins to 1h30m. Coldharbour farm is on the 'Greensands Way' and the 'North Downs Way' can be accessed from the north of Bletchingley for walking, and are a favourite of mine for mountain biking!

The towns of Oxted and Redhill/Reigate are 20mins drive by car, which offer outstanding eateries catering for all tastes, a good selection of chains and independents, wine bars and cinemas. (Book restaurants well in advance to avoid disappointment)

Hever Castle is 40 mins by car, and there are several National Trust destinations well worth a visit, all within an hour’s drive, most notably perhaps 'Chartwell', Churchills' country estate.

There are mainline train stations to London from Redhill and Oxted each taking approx. 35mins, you can travel to Gatwick and Brighton from Redhill.
Gatwick is 30mins by car.

We will 'pick up' and 'drop off' to Redhill/Oxted stations and Gatwick airport, at the beginning and end of your stay, free of charge, 9AM-9PM daily! (Provided we are available)

£50 - Cleaning charge per stay/per week.
£60 – Hot tub clean/supply of logs per stay/week.
£40 - Charge per pet/per stay/per week.
£40 – Charge per person per night for sofa bed.
£25 - EV Charging per charge.
£35 - Gas BBQ (subject to availability) includes 1 x gas canister additional gas canisters are £15 each.
Early check in and late check out are available for an additional £25 up to 2 hours, £45 2-4 hours or £65 4-6 hours subject to availability.
Exclusive use of the Lake enclosure is available for an additional £150 per day.

Any dog likely to enter the water MUST be kept on a lead at all times.
