BEDROOMS

Our bedrooms can be configured as you like, either a superking or twin beds, Bedroom 4 is a comfortable single bed. Our bedrooms contains all the storage space you need for both short and long term stays, fresh linen and sheets.

Bedroom 1 also contains a modern En-Suite Bathroom.

LIVING ROOM:

Our living room contains a large corner sofa and a brand new dining table. We also have a new large smart TV with all the apps you will need to unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You can also treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Please don’t hesitate to help yourself to our complimentary tea, coffee, jam and biscuits!

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (available upon request & please bring your own sheets), as well as children's plates and cutlery. We warmly welcome longer term bookings.

Guest will receive a 15% discount for stays over 1 week.
Guest will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps, as well as tea and coffee. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 3-11pm using a lockbox which is conveniently located at the property..

Other things to note:

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbors around you).

CCTV in block | CCTV inside facing entrance door ONLY, motion-activated for security reasons and protection of the apartment & to protect guests.
