Este hermoso apartamento de una habitación te seducirá con su ubicación perfecta desde la terraza de gran tamaño con vista a la hermosa piscina climatizada. Los 730 pies cuadrados están muy bien divididos en un espacio abierto que incluye la sala de estar / comedor / cocina, totalmente renovada con alfombras nuevas, muebles y un gran dormitorio con una cama king size que tiene acceso directo al baño y al gran vestidor.

Encontrará 2 televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana, uno en el dormitorio y otro en la sala de estar y un sofá cama extensible completo para un alojamiento confortable para hasta 2 adultos y 2 niños. Todo lo que necesita está incluido: Internet de alta velocidad, llamadas ilimitadas de EE. UU. Y Canadá, ropa de cama, almohadas y fundas, toallas de baño, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, lavavajillas, estufa, microondas, cafetera, platos y cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, sillas de playa, nevera y sombrilla, etc. También encontrará una instalación de lavadora y secadora "en la unidad".

El apartamento es muy luminoso, tiene buena luz natural durante el día. Se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de la famosa playa de Clearwater. Está a pocos minutos (caminando) de Publix, Dollar store, Spa y nail y restaurantes.

Breakfast in the sun

The condo had everything you'd expect. We especially liked the balcony overlooking the pool, where we could enjoy breakfast in the sun. We also liked the renovated bathroom. Communication with the owner was very good. We would be happy to return in the years to come.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

We had a great two weeks at this Condo. So much that we chose to reserve it for next year. It was very nice, lots of room, the pool was great. It is also very near the beach and all the restaurants in the Clearwater area. Also, close to a grocery store, gas station, and golf courses.

Perfect location!!

We loved this condo!! The bed was comfortable. 2 large screen TV’s. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was always warm. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach and several golf courses.

Great location for families with kids

Pros: Great neighborhood Great apartment with lovely view of the pool and very close to the pool Great place for families with young kids Very clean Cons: Mattress was very uncomfortable on the bed Too many kids in the pool Pool closes at 9pm sharp so there is never any pool time without kids

Hello Michelle, Thank you for your comments they are well noted. The mattress is a quality one but if you found it too hard there was also a 3 inch memory foam top available in the walk-in. As for the pool I suppose it is a rule all-over Florida the pools are open down to dusk.

Wonderful Clearwater

Loved our quiet accommodations on the third floor overlooking the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Vlad was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The complex is very close to the beach, trails, golf and pickleball. Beals Outlet is right across the street as well as Publix. Abe's restaurant is next door as well. Will definitely be returning next year.

The location and property was great. The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. The bed was left with the dirty sheets from the prior guest as we found 2 pacifiers near headboard. The restroom was also unclean as the floor and counters had hair. still had

Lots of stairs!

If I knew that we had to climb 38 steps I wouldn’t have rented this unit. We are in our mid to upper seventies, with luggages very difficult. Locating the unit at night wasn’t easy. I wish the owner would update the pictures posted online and invest on a better futon in the living room. If you asked me I wouldn’t come back sorry to say!

Great place!

This condo was perfect for my husband, me, and our 2 young kids. It had everything we needed including beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It's a short drive to Clearwater Beach and close to several good restaurants. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen including pots and pans, dishes, glasses, a coffee maker, and toaster. We bought groceries at the beginning of the week and were able to make many meals in the condo. The pool was clean and very warm. We had no problems getting chairs every morning. Vlad was always quick to answer emails and even changed our reservation at the last minute when our flight changed. I highly recommend this condo.

Extremely disappointed

We are FL residents who were displaced from Hurricane Helene. We booked a week here, but after the first night, realized it wasn’t safe with Cat 4 Milton on the way (sliding door didn’t lock, TV only showed Canadian channels, etc.). The owner refused to refund the rest of the week & VRBO have been useless in helping to facilitate a refund. We do not recommend this property or VRBO.

Kerry, I’m truly sorry you feel this way, but I must clarify the facts. On the day of your check-in, we had a conversation where you initially decided to leave. I offered you a full refund and informed you that another family was interested in the condo. However, later that same day, you wrote back saying that you had decided to stay, requested that I cancel the other family, and mentioned you had sufficient supplies and felt safe in the building. After spending the night and using the condo’s amenities, you decided to leave the next day and asked for a full refund. Despite the refund policy that you agreed to when booking, I offered you a credit for a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. You also contacted VRBO, and they confirmed that no refund was possible through their platform. I further offered to refund you for any overlapping days if someone else booked the condo during your stay, provided you canceled your reservation with VRBO. Unfortunately, you did not respond and kept the booking active, which blocked the condo for the remainder of your stay. Your review does not reflect the quality of service I provide to my guests, please find below the messages you sent me after you checked in. "Hi Vlad, thank you for being so thorough & looking at options. We’ve decided to stay with the possibility of extending past our week, if available, but we don’t know yet. The building looks solid and we have plenty of supplies. We’ll aim to connect with you after the storm. Thank you"

TUBLESS RENTALS

Very nice facilities and unit. A few more handicapped parking spaces would help, close to sidewalk entries. Not trying to create parking problems for long term renters. Walking is free exercise, that is a problem for some. If multi-floor facilities don’t have elevators, make that plain to all. Also, lots of us can’t use tubs. Make sure this fact is clear to all. On bathroom icons, use a tub drawing, a tub including a shower icon and if a step-in shower is available,(NO TUB), use a shower stall icon. MAKE EVERYTHING CLEAR AND HONEST. If you become a senior citizen some day you’ll understand. Check the pictures of bathrooms. Notice how they hide tub facilities with a shower curtain. Why ? Lots of people can’t or don’t want to use them. Check out the large Hotel/Motel Corporations that are now building facilities where rooms have step-in or Roll-in showers, NO TUBS in any rooms. Under survey, include a 55 group or 65 group. Thank You.

Very Nice

From first contact thru our entire stay everything was just as we hoped for. The facing the sun condo had everything we might need for our stay. The unit was bright and comfortable. If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to give instructions on how the tv's work and which remote does what. The bedroom took a week to figure out. Our host Vlad took care of everything he had control over. We were very satisfied.

The property was very clean and well maintained. There were beach items (cooler, umbrella, chairs) which were great to have. The bed was comfortable and the pool was well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The communication with the host was top notch and he was very responsive which was very appreciated. I would definitely rent here again in the future!
