The house is next to Athens center (5km), ideally situated between Athens historical center and Piraeus port.
You can swim in the nearby beach from May to October.
You can choose between public or private beach , where you can rent umbrellas or chairs
Alimos marina where the majority of sailing tours depart, is only 2 km away.
The apartment is at high floor but has access by elevator

Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors at the Veranda.
According to the LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes
Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water
But this property has sun heated boiler as well

Paleo Faliro , probably is the most beautiful area of Athens and you have the opportunity to discover the real city of Athens and not just the typical touristic areas.The house is next to the city center, ideally situated between Athens historical center and Piraeus port.Our area is a very popular choice for Athenians for swimming , walking and dinning.House is 12 minutes walk from the beach, the magnificent seaside walk of P.Faliro and the newly build Niarchos Foundation , the Planetarium, the marina of Flisvos where you can choose among, our unique open air cinema, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, while enjoying beautiful sunset over Castella Hill (see photos)
As our area is next to the sea, it is a little bit cooler compared to the center of Athens,during the summer and away from demonstrations and traffic jams. Our neighborhood is quiet and absolutely safe with no parking problem in case you rent a car.
Furthermore, within 2 minutes walk from the house you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants , supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy e.t.c. . For sailing lovers, you are just 3 km away from the 2 Athens main marinas, where you can start your trip to Aegean sea.
