The Space:
Step inside our luxurious 2 bedroom home, featuring a welcoming living room with a high bar, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom & 2 wonderful balconies overlooking Bucharest and the city centre.

Our home has been designed for group & family travellers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space:

Guest Access:
Guests have full access of the space during their stay. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the main boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru and close to the Old Town. Within a 7-minute radius there are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in the nearby Icoanei Park, a small yet wonderful park to grab some fresh air.

Getting Around:
Very close to the apartment, at Piata Universitatii, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Metro, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.

• We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.
