There are two bedroom, one king and one double bed so four can sleep comfortably. There is a private parking space a few meters from the front door which is great in Chichester!

The living room is spacious and modern with seating for all and a table and a small dining set to eat. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need The bedrooms are cozy with hotel-quality bedding and toiletries and there is a modern family bathroom.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
