I’m sorry to hear you experienced the cold. In Italy the law doesn't permit to turn on the heating system before the 15th of October. By the way, the heating system in the apartment is available—why didn’t you ask about it? We were in constant communication! Regarding the other points, it is mentioned in the description that parking is not close to the house and that there is no television. Unfortunately, we cannot control the noise caused by the bar's customers. Regarding the heat, the central weeks of August are always quite sweltering in Italy. As indicated in our listing, we do not provide fans and do not have air conditioning. However, when the windows are open, a pleasant breeze typically flows through the house, especially in the evening. We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy it. The window of the small bedroom faces a set of stairs that are well-shielded from prying eyes, as they are only used by the three owners, all of whom are very respectful of the guests' privacy. Additionally, the nearest beach is 3.8 km from the house, just an 8-minute drive away. All my best, Laura
