Central and modern first floor apartment overlooking the Tay estuary.
Enjoy a stay at our apartment that sits on the edge of the beautiful river Tay. We have fully modernised our apartment to meet your needs and ensure that you have a comfortable stay. You can enjoy breakfast with beautiful river views, enjoy a morning stroll or run along riverside walk and the sunsets at night can be breathtaking.
For those of you on a stay for work, we have a comfortable space to work from and have ensured that we have superfast broadband.
This apartment offers the best of both worlds, set in a quiet Cul de sac away from the traffic, whilst also only a short 10 minute walk will see you in the city centre of Dundee.
The V & A is only three minutes walk from the apartment, there is a great little coffee and bagel/ donut street food van outside there that is worth trying! For the children or the big kids out there, fox lake the water sports inflatable adventure course is nearby. There is a gym at the APEX hotel around the corner, where there is also a beautiful SPA also.
For those golfers out there, you are spoilt for choice. The famous St Andrews championship course as well as Carnoustie are both only a 20 minute drive. Gleneagles is only a 40 minutes drive.
