The Laurels flat consists of a studio style layout including a sitting area and bedroom with TV, a kitchen/diner with Panasonic Microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, and Pod Coffee maker. There is also a shower room. Outside, there is seating in the courtyard and private car park for four cars. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. The Laurels flat makes a lovely base of an escape to Cardiff. Note: Breakfast is available at an extra cost, please discuss with owner directly. Note: Bike/motorbikes can be stored overnight at request. Note: Owner offer a welcome pack. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100. Please note: The property is adjacent to the rear entrance of St Fagan's National Museum of History. Note: Property has a private entrance
