The apartment’s modern décor creates a relaxed but stylish atmosphere. The open-plan living area is full of light thanks to the large glass doors which lead out to a private balcony. The balcony is partly shaded and can be used as an extension of the interior living space. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco.

Back inside, the seating area has a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table. The open, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dressing table and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to an additional single bed.

Location
Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. It is known for its child-friendly beach, good restaurants and bars. More active guests can enjoy scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground. For self-catering there is a supermarket close by (1 minute).

There is plenty for visitors to do away from the coast, with many charming hill towns. Kruje (1 hour) is home to 5th-century Kruje Castle, as well as Kruje Bazaar which dates back to the 17th century. Here you can find authentic Albanian carpets, textiles and ceramics. There are also hiking routes in the surrounding mountains which range from the easy to the challenging. Adults will also enjoy a tour of Duka Winery and Vineyard (15-minute drive) which includes wine tasting and a fine lunch.

Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square – Skanderbeg Square is a must-see. The city’s markets offer a window onto everyday life. The New Market, Pazari Ri offers a wide range of local produce.

Tirana International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the apartment.
