We had a lovely stay at Villa Brisas, which is a beautiful, modern villa with spacious bedrooms, excellent showers and a stunning view that more than makes up for a few minor drawbacks.The pool was enjoyable, although it didn’t quite feel as though it was heated to the advertised 30 degrees.Our only other criticism, and it really is a minor point, is the lack of basic welcome amenities. There wasn’t even tea or coffee available for our first day. Having stayed in several villas, including those with Menorca Rentals, we’ve usually found a small welcome selection of tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets, which is always a thoughtful touch and makes settling in that little bit easier.One practical point worth mentioning is that access to the villa is via some fairly steep steps, which can make getting heavy suitcases up and down a little challenging.Overall, Villa Brisas is a beautiful property in a wonderful setting. The views are fantastic, the accommodation is comfortable and modern, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With just a few small touches to make guests feel welcome on arrival, it would be even better.
