The apartment La Piccina is located in the historic center of Cortona, a famous medieval village rich in charm and history that owes its origins to the ancient Etruscan civilization. Located a few steps from the squares and the main streets of the town, but at the same time in a secluded and quiet area, the apartment has been recently renovated with the use of quality and reclaimed materials to keep the typical architecture of the ancient houses of Cortona intact but at the same time trying to bring a touch of modernity and comfort to make the stay of guests perfect in every aspect. La Piccina can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and is spread over two levels.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property has two private entrance doors that lead you to the ground floor where we find the living area consisting of a living room with sofas and Smart TV and then continue to the kitchen where we find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The ground floor is characterized by resin floors where some old reclaimed cement tiles and ceilings with exposed wooden beams persist. To note the wall on which rests the kitchen where the ancient stones have been kept in sight.
Going up to the first floor we find the sleeping area where we have a first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with ensuite private bathroom with only toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a French bed on a mezzanine floor with a large wardrobe under it and is complete with bathroom with shower with hydromassage jets.
La Piccina is a very versatile apartment: it is perfect for both a couple and a family with children thanks to the second room where the "suspended" French bed will definitely be fun for children.
The second floor is characterized by parquet floors and light colors, which make the rooms bright and livable.
The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning (on consumption, only in the double room) and heating (on consumption).
Pets allowed on request with a surcharge.
