Our house Alborada is less than 5 minutes walk from the center of Escairón where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants.

The 6 bedrooms are very spacious and have bathrooms with shower cabins.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a storage room and a living room with a fireplace.

There is direct access to the garden from the kitchen and living room.

The beautiful granite staircase Rosa Porriño takes us to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 office-style kitchen and 1 living room.

The lounge has 2 windows with lovely garden views. In the morning, the sun shines in the east, and in the afternoon in the west.

From the gallery on the sidewalk, you can access the area for outdoor dining or barbecue. From here you can descend from the ramp to the bottom of the garden where you will find the ground floor of the house with access to the main kitchen.

The entrance hall has a door that leads to the garage inside the house.

To the right of the main entrance, another car can be parked under a Terra e/balcony

You can open the doors to the left and right of the house to park more cars on the estate.
Other considerations
The house is located 200 meters from the center of Escairón, about 8 minutes by car from the center of RIbeira Sacra, 14 km from Monforte de Lemos and half an hour from Orense.

The house consists of cooking utensils on the ground floor. On-The first floor there is an Electrical coplero and on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine and refrigerator.

There is a microwave and dishwasher downstairs.

You have direct access to the garden from the ground floor (kitchen and living room) and the first floor (salon gallery).
